The wines from VDP.ERSTEN LAGEN come from clearly defined vineyards within a village and impress with their distinctive profile. Low yields and precise vineyard work result in distinctive characters of outstanding quality..

Our VDP.GROSSEN LAGEN are the highest quality vineyards, precisely defined by plot. These vineyards produce wines with exceptional character and aging potential. They embody the terroir in its purest form and reveal their unmistakable origin with every bottle. Minimal yields and the highest standards of vineyard work produce grapes of the highest quality.
We have long been dedicated to producing our own sparkling wines using traditional methods. In 2019, we decided to take all steps of sparkling wine production into our own hands. Suitable vineyards, gentle and slow whole-cluster pressing, together with complex must fractionation, ensure the best base wines. Long lees ageing and our own disgorging are part of our understanding of high-quality sparkling wines.
